Nail Prep Instructions

Proper nail prep ensures your press-ons last as long as possible.
Follow these simple steps for the best results.

Step-by-Step Prep

Wash hands with soap and warm water, use a nail brush to clean under your natural nails.
Push back cuticles gently.
Buff the complete surface of the nail lightly
Wipe nails with alcohol pad to remove oils.
Let nails dry completely.
Do not touch the nail bed until you have applied the nails. If you do touch it before application then clean it again with the alcohol pad.

Avoid lotions or oils before applying.
Ensure nail tip is up right to the cuticle edge and it is straight not pointing to the left or the right.
Apply it at a 45 degree angle and slowly push it down onto the nail
Press & Hold for 60 seconds.
Do not submerge hands in water for at least 1 hour after application.
Wear gloves when cleaning, gardening, or doing dishes
Do not use acetone on the nail as it will remove the finish on the nail
Do not file the nails as this will remove the finish and cause the gel to lift or peel off
Do not use your nails as tools. Don’t open beverage cans with them, do not click them on surfaces, do not use them to scrape off stickers, countertops, etc, do not use them as a screwdriver. They are jewels not tools!

Remove the cap from the glue

Put a papertowel down onto your work area.
Remove the cap from the glue and snip off the tip of the applicator with a pair of scissors until the hole is large enough for the glue to come out of
Squeeze the glue applicator and apply a liberal amount of glue onto the underside of the nail tip up to the length of your natural nail, make sure it is covered from side to side, not dripping with glue but a good solid coverage up to the length of your natural nail. Then apply the glue onto your natural nail as well. * If you are having trouble squeezing the glue out use a pair of pliers to squeeze the glue applicator
Dab the end of the tip gently onto a papertowel to remove any excess glue from the edge so it does not go onto the top of the nail when you are applying it
Apply the nails on your dominant hand first then do your non dominant hand
When applying the nail make sure it is up close to the cuticle edge and apply it starting at a 45 degree angle and gently but firmly push it down onto your nail bed.
Hold it down firmly for 60 seconds

Pick the nail tab that is closest to your natural nail shape
Apply it onto your natural nail, remove the top layer of the tab
Trim any excess length off of the tab with a pair of scissors
Take your nail tip and apply it up close to the cuticle edge at a 45 degree angle and gently but firmly push it down onto your nail bed.
Hold it down firmly for 60 seconds

Get setup to soak while watching your favorite show or You Tube Channel
Prepare 2 bowls with warm water, 2 tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil in each bowl, a squirt of dish soap in each bowl. Swish around till soapy
Put your hands into the bowls and let sit for 20 minutes
Gently start to lift the sides of the nail with your cuticle stick
Soak them again for another 10-20 minutes until you can gently remove them
Never force removal as this will damage your nail beds.
